Floofy Friday

It is very windy today, so we are not allowed outside. I'm a bit miffed because of that and have been meowing reproachfully at mom today.

I like it when the wind blows through my furs! I'm a weatherproof Norwegian Forest Cat! Chilli says that we're not allowed outside has something to do with my disappearance yesterday. Hrmpf.
Ah well, I'll resign myself to some indoor gardening and will guard this Amaryllis bulb. It needs a bit of encouragement to grow and bloom.I also have plans to chatter a bit at the birds outside.
And when the other type of humans comes around later in the evening I will give myself away to him and let him rub my belly like I never do for mom. Ha!

Uh-oh Siena! Did you make your mama worry when she didn't know where you were yesterday? Not a good thing to do. And boy, that wind is something else. You should be glad to be inside and getting belly rubs.

i used to take my friend, the late great mr. max out for walks and on windy days he'd go bezerk. i think he got a whiff of different smells and just wanted to run full speed to find the source. hope the wind dies down soon and u can go outside...

Yup, disappearing will get you stuck indoors for sure! With all that wind, wouldn't you rather have a belly rub?

It sure is blowy out, better to guard the bulb. I didn't read your missing post yet... Don't get lost LSIF.

Siena, we think you should stay inside...at least for today...enjoy those belly rubs too...

Thanks for the purrs and licks about my hurted foot. The v-e-t said my claw might grow back or it might not...but I still got 6 of them on that foot to work with! Mom took the bandage off a little bit ago and she said it looks pretty good. ~Ernie

I do not like wind! I hope you get back out soon but you know what? Humans are funny when you go missing for awhile...

Oh Siena! We can quite understand your Mom wanting to keep you indoors!

So,,, you're a bit like me? Reserve your best cuddles for someone other than your Mom?!

What are you growing, a chocolate tree?

Disappearing will certainly get you grounded. But belly rubs sound good.

We don't like the wind. It makes us run with our tummies nearly touching the ground and our ears flat on our heads.

That wind looks pretty strong! You are so floofy, you might fly away, Siena!

Belly rubs should be shared with all! Our mom gives us belly rubs whether we want them or not... sigh, the things we put up with.

Wow, that pinwheel was spinning. Good thing you weren't outside, you might have blown away!

It sure is windy but cuddling with the other type of humans looks like a good choice to do if you can't go outside. We just read about your disappearance yesterday Siena and it's probably best you stay inside wind or not!

It does look a little breezey outside. You did a good job of keeping yourself entertained inside.

Maybe your mom thinks you will get too much dust in your furs if you go outside in the wind?
