Thursday in the garden

Dear furriends,
Mom is terribly busy lately and that always means she's bad blogging help. We received wonderful awardies in the past weeks and she just keeps telling us she's too busy. Can you believe it? Hrmpf. Maybe it's time for The Bitey...
We've been veeeeery busy too:
Cleaning the paved paths with a special technique.
Cutting the grass.
(Biggify for full dirt-in-fur-after-path-cleaning effect)General patrolling.
Quality control of...
...dusty garden areas. Our verdict: very dusty = very good.Pouncing!
And last but not least: reclaiming the other world behind our wall from the introoder Dado. Check out how well little Chilli is helping me.
We hope life treats you good!
Lots of nosekissies,
Siena & Chilli

Excellent garden cleaning and maintenance, we're very impressed. And you did a great job chasing off the introoder, Dado.

Kitty kisses from us and smooches from our human! We miss seeing you more often!

We especially liked how you rolled on the dusty earth - we'll try doing that ourselves - Mum will be very pleased with us no doubt.

Patroling and cleaning paths and cutting the grass...wow, you've been super busy girls!

We know not to be fooled by Dado's cuteness...

We love all the garden stuff in your furs Siena!

CCL Wendy said...

Wow Siena! You certainly get totally immersed in your work. And then you just dust yourself off and start all over again.

It's great that you're training Chilli in these dusting techniques.

Overall, you both did a great job in the garden today!

Chilli, we forget how white your underside is! There are several blank areas in our little cat garden from where we're rolling around. Mom/hoomin should post it soon! ~James and Fiona

right, we are going to dust bathe too! Its been raining a bit here so we won't do it right away. Impressed with headway made in intruder spotting. We just want to say that we are loving our chrochet bed and Helen is proud of our turn taking (she doesn't see the fights in the night though). Love Darcy and Bingley xxxxxx

Very good gardening work! And we noticed that "someone" is preparing to bring the outside inside with all that stuff in the fur. I do that regularly cuz I know how much The Big Thing likes the outdoors.

You have been busy. But we don't think showing the both of you to Dado is going to convince him to stay away. If anything he would want to visit and see you both more often.

We could use your dusting skills in our house.

Cat said...

Man!!! You guys are super good at doing all the quality checks in your garden!! We are too lazy to do all that...you are champs!!! Would you like to come over to our garden and show us your top techniques for dust checking and for sidewalk cleaning? We love how your floofy furr is an excellent dust magnet...sooo cool. I bet your Mom really loves it when you come in the house with all that dust on you..especially if you jump on a nice clean couch and then roll around on it to get yourself clean!! hahaha! Okay, the meadow crew is officially jealous of your garden activities. They say that harnesses do not allow for the appropriate level of dustiness and exploration. We enjoy the photos though!

We are so late on leaving a comment on this - but we hope all is well and that your mom isn't TOO busy. We really admire your introoder technique (too bad we can't go out and try to emulate it!)

You two are so clever! We have to try path cleaning :-) Your Mom is lucky to have you to keep an eye on things.

P.s. Don't use The Bitey. You Mom is probably just making sure there's cat food for you (at least that's what our Humans tell us they do when they don't have time to help us blog).
