Farewell, sweet friend

July 9 2009 - September 25, 2010
A very special furriend had to be helped to the Bridge yesterday. We are sad beyond words and can only imagine what a big hole Yuu-Chan's passing leaves at his home. But his memory lives on, not only at the Poupounette Central, but also in ours and all of his furriends hearts. Our mom was lucky enough to meet Yuu-Yuu personally when she visited The Poupounette this February. As lovely as the wonderful kittens from Tama-Chan and efurryone else was, the one who really stole her heart was Yuu-Chan. Mom adored him!
He was a bundle of pure 100% love.
We will miss you terribly, sweet Yuu-Yuu. Rest in Peace.
Heartfelt purrs to his fur-family and especially to #1,
Siena & Chilli

Oh dear friends! You are so sweet and those photos are so wonderful. We too are glad that your Mom came to visit us and got to meet Yuu-Yuu so she can confirm how utterly special he was.

By the way, it is Sei-Chan who has not left #1's side since last night.

Purrs, Woofs and Hugs,

Lovely photos of Yuu-yuu. One can see what a total love-sponge he was. You were blessed to have met him in "purrson". Mom has taken his passing very hard for some reason - lots of tears every time she reads the posts, even though she only knew him from the blog. It brings back to her the sadness of all her pets and family members pets and their having to go, and the empty places left in their owners' hearts. May the joy he brought to #1 be the best memory for her, not this illness and having to go too soon.

He was much too young to go to the Bridge. Your mom was lucky to be able to meet him. We will miss him. We send comforting purrs to #1.

We were shocked and saddened to read about the passing of Yuu-Chan. He was far too young to leave. Meowmy remembers asking #1 several weeks ago about Yuu-Chan's FeLv status and is very sad to know that her guess as to what was causing his illness was right. We are very glad that your Mom had a chance to meet and cuddle him...that's such a sweet picture of the two of them together!
