this is our last post before mom and the other type of human fly off into their vacation. To give you a hint where they are going we are only saying that they will be on an island close to the West Coast of Africa. Some fellow cat bloggers live there. Take a guess!
It's a shame we won't be able to be outside in the garden those two weeks. Although we decided to be good girls and don't give mom a hard time for leaving us, we're not happy about this either.
There's so much to do right now.
For one, the grass will get out of control without our careful clipping!
And who is going to to defend our wall from Dado, the cheeky introoder?! It makes us growl when we see him outside from the inside.
Siena hates it when his smells are all over our place. The Azaleas always smell particularly bad.
And will the terrace pavement still be warm enough tho lie on it in Mid-October? We doubt so! It even means we won't be able to post on our second blogoversary on October 10th - ouch! 
But you can still come around and celebrate with us. You are hereby officially invited. We are sure our nice catsitter will dish out nip and valerian, aswell as delicious treats for all. We're planning to get maaaaaaany treats from her anyway. And to nap a lot.
So watch this space: If we're getting our way treat- and napwise we might resemble this cute, albeit a bit fat, pig in two weeks time. Ha!Many purrs,

Hey Guys...we're purring that you make it the two weeks without adding too much candy weight (haha!). We're sorry that you'll have to be without your garden for so long and that the nasty introoder will be able to taunt you from just outside the window. Jerk!! We have an introoder, too that has had the nerve to come and pee on our FRONT DOOR! I have a name for him, but it is so not nice that I can't say it here. We will come by on 10 October to party with you and will bring some niptinis or something. Be nice to the sitter and don't try to run out the door while she is with you...you don't want to get stuck out in the cold...stay inside where the good stuff is: food, love, treats and a warm bed!! If you're crafty while your mom is on vacation you might be able to beg more treats off your sitter.
Also remember to suck your cheeks in when your mom gets back from her holiday so it looks as though you have starved yourselves while she's been away.
We're going to put our thinking caps on to figure out where your humans are going...but we might need a map to do it!
We'll be by on your blogoversary...and we'll be teleporting over to check out your catsitter to make sure she's taking good care of you. We'll bring some nip too and we can play THoE, ok?

Hi...my mom received your message about the seed exchange. She's been in Florida and couldn't respond. We have some nip growing now (no seeds from the last harvest was saved....such an oversight) and hope to have seeds from these plants. Have a fun vacation!

Meowmy is sitting for 3 young cats and they have gone through a whole bag of treats already with their pitiful looks, while we only get a few treats every few days...harrumph! We think your hoomans might be going to Cape Verde? We hope they have a wonderful time, and we especially hope your nice cat sitter will spoil you with hugs and treats.

We know the Cape Verde Islands are off the coast of West Africa and we think the Canary Islands are too. We think Ana comes from there so we will guess the Canary Islands. We hope your sitter gives you lots of treats, but we hope you don't get as fat as that pig though.
