Chilli's second Gotcha Day
Furriends,
little Chillimus Prettypuss
today is an impawtant day for me. I came to live with mom and Siena exactly two years ago! Check out the post for my first Gotcha Day to see cute kitten pics of me and to hear all about my first year at home.
Sometimes I can't believe how much luck I had in my life. I started out as a feral cat in Italy and ended up here in my comfy forever home...
... with my sisfur and mom, the other type of human... ... our little garden and my beloved sheep skin. I'm extra thankful for what I've got today. Please come over to play a bit, do zoomies out there in the Fall garden and chill out together afterwards.
Lots of love,little Chillimus Prettypuss

Silly Saturday
Really, she was rubbing her face on the pavement...... getting her fur all messed up and had that crazy look on her face. Finally, mom wanted to see what Siena was so keen on - and the only thing she found was a cigarette stump!
Urgh. Do you think someone put valerian in it?

Sad Friday
Furriends,
please purr for our furriends from La Pandilla en Chile. Over the past days they've lost two of their precious cats to strange circumstances. Three year old Becky was found with a wound by her neck in an unusual spot of their garden. That same day Atún, who was only adopted earlier this year, got a high fever and although their mommy took him to the vet he died at night. Our hearts are aching for the loss of our beautiful furriends. Their mom is in a nightmare. The bloggie is in Spanish but it's well worth looking at the pictures of sweet Atún and Becky. They were very loved.
Stay safe and healthy efurryone.

Thursday in the garden
Furriends,
That cool leaf pile is back! Siena just loves to jump into it, it's much fun.Chillimus the brave tackled the Evil Birch Twig. We have a feeling that he will leave us alone for a while.Siena is floofing up for Winter. Check out that mighty coat she's growing! And Chilli, who's second Gotcha Day is approaching fast, is "getting prettier by the minute" to quote mom here.
Signing off with many purrs,
temperatures have dropped these last days and it's raining and raining. We've been locked inside because of work being done in our cellar and the workers keeping the doors to our garden and street open. Hrmpf! We had some nice outings since the humans are back from their vacation - although not as many as we'd like.
We gave our premises a thorough check. You never know if there isn't a cheeky introoder lurking around.Plus, it's good plain old fun to be snooping around.Signing off with many purrs,
Siena Snowfox &

The holiday
Furriends,
we don't want the report on the humans' recent holiday become one of the (many) posts that never got written, so here are finally some pics from their wonderful vacation in Tenerife! Tenerife is a very versatile island and they went to see many different places. We were of course most interested in all the cool animals they met.
Mom was delighted by the little chicken family right under their balcony. There were TEN little chicks with the fluffy momma hen. The only black chick in the family is, of course, missing in this pic. They had to get used to the daddy's endless crowing in the mornings though!
Can you see the lizard lounging on these hot stones? It has great camouflage. Those must be so much fun to chase and mom says they are everywhere. They met this beauty who has the coolest cat job on earth: She looks after a little bar at...

... this beach!
She was very well cared for and a trusting little lady. Mom had to smile when she saw her installing herself on another tourist's backpack. Little Chilli would do exactly the same!
All of them were excellent company and hung out with the humans in the living room during their visit. Later their parents showed our humans around and they had a delicious dinner. If you want to see what Zar did to the mousies mom brought them, check out their post on the visit.
That's the holiday report for now. Stay tuned!

But the best detail was that they got to met some long-time blogging furriends of ours from El Diario de Ana:
